Greg has spent the last several decades spearheading Go-To-Market and Customer Experience teams at mission-driven, high-growth, and global technology companies. He started his career building bespoke CRM applications for Fortune 500 companies, which paved the way for him to join an emerging Salesforce.com, into Zendesk, and then Xero in their early days, playing a pivotal role in building their Sales functions. Most recently, Greg has been leading all aspects of Customer Operations and Experience at companies such as Prezi, Hubilo, and now Envoy. Nestled in the East Bay, Greg finds joy in spending valuable time with his wife and two amazing, albeit challenging teenagers. Not to forget his loyal companion, a deaf Jack Russell Terrier named Bacon.
