About the Project
Founded in 1996 as a spinoff from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, NeuroMetrix is a commercial stage company that integrates neurostimulation and digital medicine innovations to address chronic health conditions including chronic pain, sleep disorders and diabetes.
The Neurometrix team was looking to move their externally hosted Quell help page to a Zendesk help center for all in one place support. Our team helped duplicate their previous help center while also updating it with new technology. Customers are now able to find the support page faster and can search for help first before submitting a support request.
Key features include:
- Customized layout for category pages
- Custom alerts module and the ability to create site-wide alerts using API
- Custom javascript to be able to hide and show specific content
