Founded in 2001, Zonar is a leading provider of complete technology solutions for smart fleet management, serving a wide range of transportation-focused customers. Their electronically verified inspections have revolutionized the way safety inspections are conducted. 

Prior to Zendesk, the organization’s support site needed frequent updates that required development time. Helpful content wasn’t searchable for internal teams or customers. With the Zendesk software and Envoy as a design and development partner, the Zonar team set out to create a customized and branded help center that could be updated easily and frequently.
