An alumna of both Salesforce (7 years) and Zendesk (4 years), Laura has been working to help companies large and small tailor CRM platforms to meet their business needs for over a decade. Laura’s tenure at these two industry leaders taught her not only the importance of exceptional customer experiences but also the importance of building for future scale. Laura decided to take her passion for customer experience to the next level and founded Envoy with the vision to pair thoughtful customer experience design with process best practices. Laura takes the same customer experience principles she enables for her own customers to heart for her own business and prides herself on Envoy’s collaborative and friendly approach. Since its founding, Envoy has completed over 500 projects and has earned a reputation as Zendesk’s go-to partner for custom implementations.
